Citi looks to sell down Armenia Mountain tax equity

Citigroup is in the process of syndicating a tax equity commitment to AES' Armenia Mountain wind project. Citi, together with Unicredit, Union Bank and CoBank, closed the $221 million construction financing for the plant in July. At project completion, slated for the final week for September, some of this debt will be refinanced...
