VTB Bank Europe has appointed Andrei Antonovski as an associate director in its new infrastructure capital group in London. Antonovski was previously at ABN Amro in its structured loans and advisory group. He will report to Oleg Pankratov, head of infrastructure capital.
Sule Kilic, a senior project financier at Garanti Bank in Istanbul, has moved to Unicredit/ HVB to be director and Turkey desk representative at HVB.
Ingrid Weston has joined CIFG as vice-president in the European infrastructure team, based in London. Weston, previously an associate director at Standard & Poor's in its risk solutions division, will focus on PPP/PFI, utilities, renewables and transportation.
DVB Bank has appointed Hugh Parry to its floating production group in Singapore. Parry joins from Prosafe Production Services where he held the position of finance director from 2001 to 2005 and managing director from 2005 to 2007.
