?Fieldstone Inc has announced its acquisition by South African
investment bank Gensec, following the build up of a close
relationship over several years. Charles Hill, Fieldstone's founder
and president, assumes the position of chief operating officer. He
will continue to manage Fieldstone's operations jointly with Murray
Louw, the head of Gensec Bank's international operations and new
chief executive officer of Fieldstone.

?Andrea Mazzotto has taken up a position on Babcock & Brown's
European rail team. He will be based in Milan and most recently
