?PricewaterhouseCoopers project finance and privatisation team has
appointed Oscar Silva as a director to lead its securitisation
financial advisory team based in London. Silva has previously
worked at Citicorp and Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan. Since 1996
he has managed two London based proprietary firms.
?Royal Bank of Scotland has almost doubled the size of its
leveraged finance group in Germany with seven new hires. Dan
Schweizer and Andre Simon come from BHF, Degenhard Schroeren comes
from the project finance team at Deutsche and Alex Sommer, Torsten
Franke, Christian Alpert and Nicole Juncker have all left DrKW.
?Cantamount Energy has named Robert Young chairman of its board
and James Moore as president. Michael Campson has also been
promoted from director to vice president of finance.
?Ed Marlow is moving from Denton Wilde Sapte's London office to
Hong Kong. Marlow has expertise in banking, finance and PFI.
