?Dexia has promoted Patrice Vabre to senior vice president,
structured finance. His former position of global head of project
finance is to be filled by new recruit Patrick Blanchard. Blanchard
comes from Credit Agricole Indosuez and will be based with Vabre in
the Paris office.
