?The head of London's Uria & Menendez office, Juan I. Gonzalez,
is returning to Madrid. Rafael Molina will fill his position.
?CMS Cameron has made Jason Davies, Nancy Eller and Paul
Stallebrass partners. Davies and Eller work within the Project
Finance Group whilst Stallebrass is based in the Central Europe
Banking team.
?Espirito Santo Investment has set up a project finance team in
London. John McDonagh, Sally Stott, Madir Maruf and Nigel Purse
have come from PricewaterhouseCoopers. Colin Hudson has left Shell
Capital to complete the team. The new office will concentrate on
transport and PPP/PFI work .
?Barclays Private Equity has brought Andrew Mathews on board as a
director. He comes from FSA where he has been since 1998.
?Ambac is losing Paul David, Chris Heathcote and Glen Fox to rival
monoline insurer MBIA.
?Deutsche are gaining Michael Hill as a director in the global
