? Guy Cirincione has left Credit Suisse First Boston to join Dexia
Credit Local in New York, where he assumes the title of senior
vice-president and head of project finance. Cirincione, the man
behind the CSFB collateralised loan obligation deals, replaces Rob
Sloan, who left in January, and reports to Marc Brugiere.
? Bank of America has released details of the restructuring of its
project finance activities, which has been marked by the departures
of San Francisco head Rick Simonson and London head Kit Beer. Most
of the personnel from the unit have been dispersed around
syndicated finance, under which project lending now comes,
relationship management and M&A, although many from the
Charlotte team have moved across town to Duke Capital Partners. Key
figures at the Bank are now Brian Goldtsein, global power head, and
Parker Knight, head of syndicated finance. Syndications wizards Al
Bacchi (US) and William Bishop (London) remain in place. ...
