Cirincione moves to Siemens as Dexia reshuffles
Guy Cirincione has joined Siemens Financial Services as senior vice-president and general manager for energy finance, replacing Kirk Edelman, who was named president and chief executive office of Siemens Financial Services, Inc. Cirincione was most recently deputy branch manager and head of marketing (origination), public and project finance at Dexia Credit Local in New York, and has also worked at Credit Suisse. Cirincione’s departure comes as Dexia shakes up the management structure of its New York branch. Before he left, Cirincione’s responsibilities had been reduced to covering US project finance.
Dexia recently named Alban de la Selle, currently head of Dexia’s Montreal branch, as head of US public and wholesale banking, with responsibility for project finance, public banking and real estate.
