Request for proposals for the Eu2.5 billion debt backing Nord Stream 2 will be with banks within the next few days. The debt backs construction of the second sub-sea gas pipeline linking Russia to Germany under the Baltic Sea. The project advisers, Commerzbank, RBS and SG are finalising sponsor approvals. The plan is to replicate the documentation on the first deal as much as possible and make the financing a straight competition on pricing....
