Chicago Parking Meters’ $600 million senior secured bonds priced at 300bp over the ten-year US treasury on 4 November. Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley were joint bookrunners on the 10-year bullet issuance, which carries a coupon of 5.489%. The pricing marks a success on second attempt for the meters deal, after a first try in July...
