Russia set for new PF laws

Russia is reviewing proposed amendments to its laws governing project liability in a bid to better protect creditors.

The draft law, developed this year by the government and law firm Liniya Prava, is being reviewed by various federal government agencies and should be finalised by 20 December. The main focus is for creditors when projects default....
