Hochtief and Meridiam Infrastructure-led Golden Link Partners reached commercial close on the Presidio Parkway public-private partnership (PPP) on 3 January. The same day, Alameda County Superior Court judge Wynne Carvill lifted a temporary restraining order on the project, allowing the concessionaire to sign the contract with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA).
