Michigan gets match for Canadian DRIC funding

The US state of Michigan has reached an agreement with the US Federal Highway Administration that a $550 million loan from Transport Canada for the Detroit River International Crossing qualifies for matching federal funding. The states governor, Rick Snyder, has also promised support for the new bridge, making it more likely that it would go ahead as a PPP....
