Atlandes closes on France's A63

The Atlandes consortium has closed on the Eu1.1 billion ($1.5 billion) A63 concession in southwest France. The financing is notable for featuring a long-term commercial bank financing for a project with traffic risk, and for the incorporation of a concession fee payable to the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing.
