Fluxys pipeline buy-out from ENI closed

Belgian gas pipeline operator Fluxys has completed the acquisition of a stake in two pipelines in Switzerland and Germany. In September Fluxys agreed in principle to acquire Eni’s stake in the German TENP and Swiss Transitgas projects, but has been awaiting the approval of the EU Commission and the Swiss and German anti-trust regulatory bodies.
