Bouygues is on course to close the financing for the Eu660 million ($844.4 million) Paris courthouse PPP, also known as Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris, in the first week of February. Bouygues, advised by Credit Agricole, beat a rival bid from Vinci, advised by Natixis, for the 30-year design-build-finance-operate-maintain concession in November.
