* Chris Heathcote has been named global head of project finance debt at Lloyds Bank, reporting to Keith MacDonald, managing director of structured corporate finance in the banks wholesale banking and markets group. Heathcote takes over from Gershon Cohen, who previously combined head of infrastructure debt and equity, but will now focus on his role as chief executive officer and principal in Lloyds infrastructure funds business.
Heathcote joins from WestLB, where he was global head of infrastructure finance. He has also worked at BNP Paribas, where he was head of infrastructure finance for London from 2004-2006, Partnerships UK, where he was head of project finance from 2001-2004, Ambac, Sumitomo, Hyder Investments and Bain & Company.
