The city of Nancy has cancelled the tender for the upgrading of the Eu60 million ($78.9 million) Marcel Picot a Tomblaine stadium. Although the grantor has not confirmed this, market rumour suggests that the price that the two bidders – Bouygues and Vinci – offered was higher than the amount allocated...
