Election delays to Dunkirk and French prisons tenders

Bidders for both the Dunkirk stadium and the French prisons tenders have still not heard back from their respective grantors on the naming of a preferred bidder. Both the urban community of Dunkirk and APIJ, the agency of the French Ministry of Justic responsible for judicial buildings, were expected to pick preferred bidders on 6 June.
The grantors have not provided formal reasons for any of the delays and have not provided any indications about when they are likely to make decisions. But the forthcoming...
