Bilfinger and CBA put Ararat project company into administration

Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Bilfinger Berger have placed the project company for the Ararat prison PPP into administration. According to Bilfinger, the affected parties, including government debt and equity providers, were not able to reach agreement on the overrun-plagued project in the short timeframe available....
