Draws stopped on Castor as Spain changes regulations

The Castor gas storage project in Spain has stopped draws on its Eu1.3 billion debt facility after the Spanish government rolled out changes to its regulatory regime. Escal UGS, the project company for Castor, has also put off buying cushion gas for the project, which consists of both onshore and underground offshore components.
