Tenaska is looking for a roughly $200 million refinancing of its 656MW Lincoln and 328MW Crete gas-fired simple-cycle plants in Illinois. Lincoln, in Manhattan, Illinois, and Crete, in the town of the same name, are both operational. GE Energy Financial Services is the likely lender on the financing, and the owner of the two plants is TPF II...
