Eiffage's Grenoble PPP highlights long-term lending limits

Eiffage has closed the financing for the Eu62 million ($75.3 million) Grenoble campus PPP with two commercial banks and one state-linked lender. The deal involves lenders taking on construction risk before they are partly refinanced with a long-term Dailly facility. The two lenders on Grenoble, NordLB and Societe Generale, worked with Eiffage on the recent Seine Saint Denis schools deal and Grenoble shares similarities with that deal.
