Government guarantee for Portuguese roads

The Portuguese government is providing an Eu800 million ($1.03 billion) guarantee to the Litoral Centro highway concession – and will provide a similar-sized guarantee for the Pinhol Interior concession - as Portugal's new road programme brushes aside commercial bank liquidity constraints.
