Ram Power looks to fold in acquisitions

Ram Power, a recently-formed geothermal developer, is completing a merger with two fellow developers and looking to bring their advanced projects to completion. The management of Ram, comprised of former employees of Ormat Technologies, will run the merged entity, which includes Polaris Geothermal, developer of the San Jacinto project in Nicarague, and Western Geopower, which is developing a 35MW asset at the Geysers in California.
