BBVA and La Caixa have signed a Eu76.865 million club deal for Eolica de Rubio. The facility comprises a Eu64.145 million 15-year term loan paying an out-of-the-box margin of 60bp over Euribor, and a Eu12.72 million 2-1/2 year revolver paying 50bp over.
